Intuitive counseling utilizes contemporary skills, and includes one’s intuitive abilities. Spiritual guidance is counseling that includes spirituality, specific to each client’s beliefs and practices. This is a holistic approach to counseling that includes mind, body and spirit. We may select from any number of modalities including creative expression, dream work, Goddess psychology, Reiki energy healing, meditation, and indigenous healing practices. We work with a diversity of clients of different religious/spiritual and cultural backgrounds, racial/ethnic heritages, gender identities, and sexual orientations. Who are seeking to heal from narcissistic abuse, alcoholic family systems, self-esteem, LGBT identity, and a number of other issues.

My specializations include body image and self-esteem, love and relationships, sacred sexuality, identity formation, life transitions, grief and loss, death and dying, mind-body connection, archetypes, multiculturalism, and LGBT identity and issues, and spirituality and growth.
About Sarah
Sarah Astarte has a diverse background with degrees in communications, psychology, transpersonal psychology, She is a certified interfaith minister, chaplain, Reiki practitioner, facilitator, trainer, intuitive counselor, indigenous healer, and a Professor of Psychology.
